Why the tribunal is the safest purchase.
When you win an auction and pay the balance, the tribunal issues the decree of transfer: it erases the entire past of the property, on paper, everything. The property is reborn with you. The next deed is simple: the notary does not even need the twenty-year search — the decree is enough. What is not erased is written in the sale notice, our bible. The decree takes about 30-40 days; the deed is needed only in bankruptcy and dormant-inheritance cases.

The iCARe services are a subscription for only the months your practice needs: from the month of the deed you decide whether to stay; otherwise the service ends at the end of that month. Renewal is automatic — disable it anytime from your account.
The contract.
Subscribing means signing: the success fee (1,90% first home, 2,90% second) is due at the award, signed with OTP on your mobile and FaceID. Read and sign: the contract.
For buyers.
The iCARe service stays active until your procedure ends (award, deed, decree of transfer). Then: stay subscribed for the full service, or pay single services as you like.
