Permissions & privacy

iCARe acts only on what you authorize — revoke anything, anytime.

Demo Demo - the real consent system arrives with the backend.

On this page your choices are saved only in this browser. They do not yet switch iCARe features on or off.

The 6 rules iCARe follows

  1. 1

    Consent for each purpose

iCARe acts only after you say yes to one specific purpose. One consent, one purpose, one document.

  2. 2

    Only what is needed

One consent, one purpose, one document. Never "general" access.

  3. 3

    Everything is visible

Every action is logged: what, when, why.

  4. 4

    Revoke at any time

Every consent can be withdrawn with one tap, even after you gave it.

  5. 5

    You sign external actions

iCARe prepares, you authorize and sign. Submitting a bid needs your digital identity or power of attorney: that is the law, and it protects you.

  6. 6

    Confidentiality (GDPR)

Your personal data is used only for the purpose you authorized. Never sold, never used for marketing you did not ask for.

What needs your consent, and what does not

Auction data: public

Auction listings and court documents come from the Italian public sales portal. They are public, so iCARe can use them without asking for consent.

Your data and your actions: consent needed

Consent is needed for your personal data and for any action taken on your behalf, such as bids and payments.

What to do now: tick only the permissions you want to give. Each one has a single purpose. Untick it to revoke.
