1. What this service is

CARe Auctions is a buyer-side advisory platform for people interested in Italian judicial property auctions. It helps you understand an auction, calculate a maximum bid with a 5% margin, prepare your documents, and follow your progress.

2. What this service is NOT

• We are not a real estate agency and we do not act as brokers.
• The calculations and information in this app are operational estimates, not legal or tax advice. Aliquote and rules are assumptions (see the notes in the calculator) and must be confirmed with your own lawyer, notary or tax advisor.
• This version is a local demo: it stores nothing on a server, sends nothing over the network, and contains no real auction data.

3. Fees

The advisory fees are always defined in a written agreement before any work begins. Zero fees until you win: if you do not win the auction, no success fee is due. The auction deposit is returned to you if you do not win, as stated in each sale notice.

4. Your responsibilities

You decide and you sign. This platform prepares and explains; it never submits an offer or moves money on your behalf without your explicit, documented authorisation.

5. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Placeholder: the competent court will be stated after legal review.
